I have been to many dietitians and done many programs. What approach does Raksha take for weight loss?
Your initial weight loss programs couldn’t sustain because you did not create a permanent state of thinness within your body. You have relied on changing only your food and exercise schedule, and not yourself.
You already know what to eat, when to sleep and that you need exercise. These have never been your bottle necks.
The real gap has been between knowing and doing.
We are flooded with information neck up and have lost the ability to execute it neck down from a state of presence and regulation.
So there are two gaps we aim to work on: nervous system regulation to instill the essence of thinness and the need for simplification (because excess rules of eating, create over-eating)
Raksha works to fill these two gaps within her coaching containers.

Because the body has self healing and regeneration capacity.
Our programs don’t just aim for changing habits, but the need for you to change as a human being... and the one thing that stands in the journey from you to you is patience. Everything that is taught within the container should be honored for the rest of your life
These are not hard guidelines, just simple small daily living tweaks that are developed with a partnered approach between Raksha and the client.
We work with all medical conditions and
lifestyle disorders: reversing Diabetes type 2 & PCOS; managing Hypothyroid, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Fatty Liver, Endometriosis and diseases: like TB, Cancer etc. We also do Pregnancy & Lactation meal plans.
Follow up sessions every 15 days, what can you expect:

Meal adjustments if necessary, seasonal (we don’t change meal plans every 2 weeks)

Do I need a Blood work?
Yes, you may need blood work and the list of tests will be given after your first call with Raksha.
If you are averse to pricking, we can skip them.
What are the supplements for?
They are basic vitamins, fatty Acids & minerals to nutritionally equip your health journey & improve your stores. These are safe and regulated.
If you are averse to supplements, we can skip them entirely for your plan.
How many kilos will I lose in a month?
We don't take your progress by kilos or numbers. We believe in inch loss via seeing a drop in your dress size, shrink in your overall frame; feeling the body composition change, feeling energetic, light and thin, and how well you sleep. You can document the weight loss at your end if you wish to. This is NOT measured at our end.
(Clients usually show a loss of 2-4 kilos a month)
Terms & conditions:
1. We do not offer any kind of discount or installment facility.
2. The client must confirm the first appointment date and time within 1 week of signing up.
3. Follow-ups must be used within the chosen period. Incase the client cancels the first appointment, it must be adjusted within 2 weeks of the original start date.
4. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be paused or deferred.
5. The first plan is delivered within 48 hours after the first consultation, the next day is counted as Day 1.
6. All appointments are online only.
7. We do not use weighing scales & measuring tapes, the client can evaluate that at their end if they’d like to.
