We aim to achieve your health goals by streamlining your lifestyle and incorporating all kinds of home cooked food that you have loved and eaten since childhood into your Meal plans, for you to achieve the desired results in an Unrestricted and Sustainable way. This is an educational journey, whereby during your sessions we lifestyle coach you on the basis of your recalls, life events and various circumstances to understand how to manage the Food, Alcohol, Sleep patterns and build Strength/Stamina/Flexibility while you lead a normal life. We do not believe in a Start/Stop mentality and hence this is not a diet but a well formulated Meal plan.
“Do you treat Medical conditions”?
Yes, we coach our client’s basis their medical and family history, current status of Hormones or any other medical conditions like Bone disorder, Thyroid, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Type 1&2 of Diabetes and any other medical condition that result from Metabolic Syndrome.
“What can I expect from the follow-ups? Will my Meal plan change every 10 days?
Follow-ups are every 10 days or weekly as per the package selected, a 30 minutes slot is blocked for every client. Follow-ups are aimed at taking questions that you may have from your experience of following the plan for previous week / 10 days , to give logical explanations to your questions, to evaluate the meal recalls, to understand the gaps in your success and to find solution for those gaps with correct nutrition by necessary behavior assessment. Also, to make changes to the plan based on life events like Travel/ Wedding/ Sickness/ Requirement of Recovery
Do I need Blood tests?
They are just Vitamins, Minerals. Not meal replacers or anything artificial. It is safe a great way to equip you nutritionally to achieve your Fitness Goals.
What are the Supplements for?

What does the meal plan look like?
Home cooked traditional meals with Vegetables, Fruits and Grains which are in season, that fits your medical condition and work towards your health goal. If you are living independently or need options for Continental or Asian food, the same can be provided. We believe Convenience and Sustainability is key to Success.
How man kilos will I lose in a month if my goal is to lose Fat?
At Locavore, we do not measure Success by documenting loss of Weight. What’s more important is how light you feel, how fresh you wake up, how well you sleep and definitely a drop in Dress size or Inches that you notice. We believe in taking the right route for Fat loss which is to gain Muscles (it reflects on the scale); which is metabolically active tissue that not only tones and strengthen your Body but also cuts Fats.
This is the most superior way of losing Fat and keeping it off. You can document the Weight loss at your end if you wish too, client usually show a difference of anywhere between 3-4 kgs a month.
