Our approach to fat loss:

Fat loss is not a goal & it can never be.. it's a by-product of aligning your circadian rhythm & hormones. We work with clients to improve their metabolic container so the fat loss, is a slow burn & more importantly - life long. This includes creating habits, building muscle by structuring your training program, equipping you nutritionally by planning meals that are inclusive of all food groups (keeping it close to the foods you eat traditionally so no separate cooking is needed on the plan). Targeted supplementation & sleep optimization are key to replenishing energy levels and nutrient stores.

Blood tests?

Yes, you may need blood work, the list of tests will be given after your first call with Raksha.

What are the supplements for?

Vitamins, Fatty Acids & Minerals to nutritionally equip your health journey & improve your stores. These are safe and regularly used by everyone.

How many kilos will I lose in a month?

We don't take your progress by kilos/ numbers. Infact we believe in inch loss, seeing a drop in your dress size, feeling the body composition change, how well you sleep, your ability to eat more by the end of the plan instead of being in food scarcity.
This is a superior way of losing fat and keeping it off. You can document the weight loss at your end if you wish too. clients usually show a loss of 2-4 kilos a month. This is NOT measured at our end 🙂

How will the appointments take place?

You can choose - In-person meetings (for Mumbai clients) OR Audio/Zoom/G-meet for clients in & out of Mumbai/India. Connecting details will be shared once the appointment slot is booked.
