How to deal with leftovers smartly

You give any brown parent some leftover bread / rice / rotis, they’ll turn it into primary nutrition & secondary utilisation meals! ⁣

Recipe of my Mom’s Dahi Tadkewali Roti: ⁣

• Crackle Rai in Ghee ⁣
• Add Curry leaves, Chopped chillies ⁣
• Immediately add onion and sauté them ⁣
• Add any vegetable you have in your fridge- we used grated Carrot & finely chopped Simla Mirch. (You can skip the onion and vegetable steps if you’re in a hurry) ⁣
• Add Haldi & Namak ⁣
• Add 2-3 sp of Dahi and mix mix ⁣
• Tear up rotis / bread / leftover rice, cook cook and do mazey! 🥁
